CAN Triennial Curators Panel
August 18
12:00 pm
1:30 pm

Reflecting on the value of the CAN Triennial to Clevelanders, curator William Busta wrote, “These artists tell the story of our place in time, intimately and empathetically as well as ambitiously.” Featuring nearly 100 artists at 78th Street Studios during July, the CAN Triennial seeks to provide a rare opportunity for local and out-of-town visitors to experience the diverse, exceptional work of artists based in Cleveland. In this special panel, CAN Triennial curators Angelica Pozo, Hilary Gent, and William Busta will reflect on the project with its founder and director, Michael Gill. Following the talk, join other art lovers on Toby’s Plaza to celebrate Cleveland artists at Hand-off, an exhibition, art-making, and art swap program in partnership with University Circle Inc.
